Preferred Qualifications Position SummaryResponsible for implementation and program support of 4-H program in NW District. Work involves the supervision of tasks necessary in planning, developing, and directing 4-H programs and events and managing foundation and expansion funds.
Position requires frequent evening and weekend work and district wide travel. Must have driver’s license and a personal vehicle for official-duty travel.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesSuccessful experience in program coordination and management, excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and management.
Physical DemandsModerate lifting. Sit for extended periods of time.

Duties/Responsibilities Duties/ResponsibilitiesPosition will assist 4-H Program Development Coordinator faculty member with 4-H core programming including youth camps, project achievement events, and state youth conferences.
