Senior HRIS Reporting & Data Analyst

The Senior HRIS Systems, Reporting and Data Analyst partners with others in Human Resources and across the college to deliver operational and service excellence in regards to human capital data reporting, analytics and human resources system functionality. They will identify will work closely with Finance and Information Technology departments to build cohesive business processes to allow for operational success between the three very closely tied departments.

Campus Location: Boston Campus

Required Knowledge:
10 years of experience related to the career discipline, which includes 3 - 5 years of progressive project management experience. Experience with Cognos Reporting. Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel. Project management experience desired. Experience on process improvement teams is necessary. Strong and proven dedication to excellence in customer service. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem solving skills Experience with HR operational reporting which includes external compliance reporting. Ability to assemble, prepare, benchmark and analyze data, to inform and assist high level decision-making Knowledge of HR operations for employees, and faculty position management from hiring to termination Familiarity with HR business rules, procedures and Human Resources practices and ability to continuously improve function effectiveness and efficiency Experience and technical mindset to develop and implement systems including Workday and other evolving technology. Manage work demand, multi-tasked, leadership and collaboration. Ability to develop clear documentations and policies.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
Experience with Banner, Cognos, and Workday Reporting.
