Job Summary:

Non-Tenure track position that is actively involved in patient care and teaching medical students and residents at one of the following: Northeastern Health System in Tahlequah, OK; Claremore Indian Hospital in Claremore, OK; Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, OK; and VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. Appropriate effort and activity in clinical research and service will also be necessary. Six (6) positions are available.

Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-D.O./M.D degree
-Eligibility for licensure in the state of Oklahoma
-Board eligible or Board certified in Emergency Medicine
-Practice and teaching experience with broad-based emergency medicine skills.
