The Religious Studies Department at William & Mary invites applications for a one-year, non-tenure-track, visiting position that will begin August 10, 2019. We seek an individual with expertise in Religion in North America, with a focus on one or more of the following subfields: gender and sexuality, religion and immigration, African-American religions, Caribbean religions, Latinx religions, and/or Native American religions. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective teacher and will have a 3-3 teaching load.

Required Qualifications

A Master’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

A Ph.D. or ABD is preferred at the time appointment begins (August 10, 2019).
