Job SummaryBusses, line, scrapping and greeting and sets 10 to 12 tables at the Hale Ohana Luau and catered events. Ensures assigned work area is neat, clean and free from spills at all times.Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Scope
Busses and resets tables.
Cleans up spills in assigned work area.
Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Requirements
Must be in good health and be capable of a full range of body movement.
Must be able to lift, pull and push items weighing up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must attach resume and Winter 2019 class schedule (weekly view).
Should have a grammar school education.

Physical RequirementsUsually works indoors or under cover if in an open air atmosphere and in an area that may be wet-also works with hot temperature on the food line.Job hazards include, but are not limited to, slipping on wet floors, minor back and muscle strain, and minor cuts from broken glass.
Uses ice machine, juice machine, tubs for carrying dirty dishes and utensils, bussing carts, broom and mop.
Work schedule varies according to assigned work shift Monday through Saturday with one day off.ExperienceLicense/Certifications
