The Associate Vice President for Strategic Priorities provides college-wide leadership focused on strategic planning and implementation to ensure effectiveness of the College in achieving its mission. The AVP will lead the development and implementation of the College's Strategic Plan ensuring the infusion of Achieving the Dream (ATD) principles. The position will also be responsible for guiding priorities and overseeing projects and initiatives that support the mission, vision, and operations of the College.

 

At a minimum the selected candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited institution supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years of related experience. Additionally the preferred candidate will have a Doctorate degree from an accredited institution supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of experience in higher education, preferably a combination of teaching and administrative duties.
