Job Details

This position is responsible for the management and administration of all phases of the Men's and Women's Track and Cross Country Program in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Athletics Department and the University, including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, team travel, budget management, fund raising, and community relations. This position is required to adhere to all policies and procedures of the department and the University, as well as the rules and regulations of the NCAA and Big South Conference.This position requires possession of post baccalaureate credentials. May also consider a Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience. Preferred applicants will have:
  • A Master degree;
  • Knowledge and adherence to compliance with University, Big South Conference and NCAA rules and regulations;
  • Collegiate track and field/cross country experience as a coach and/or student-athlete, and a history of dedication to the academic and athletic development of student-athletes.
