UHealth IT is looking for an ERP SME with a focus on Supply Chain. This candidate will play a key role in the implementation and support of a new ERP suite on a single system across the UHealth enterprise. This is a strategic position will be part of a strong team that will play a pivotal role in the health system’s ERP technology transformation program.  The ideal candidate must possess strong business analytical skills and will work with the business process owners to evaluate requirements, recommend process improvements, and configure ERP solution. This role has responsibilities within each phase of the ERP Transformation project life cycle including user meetings, requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and go-live.       

       

Minimum qualifications are a BA/BS in business, industrial engineering, supply chain management or related field (Master’s degree is preferred).  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.  3-5+ of ERP Business Consulting and implementation experience. Previous experience with project management highly desired. Experience with implementing and configuring an ERP in a healthcare setting (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, or Workday a plus).  Experience with cloud based ERP modules – SCM – Procurement, Master Data, and Supply Chain Planning.  Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.  Experience with user acceptance testing.  Proven experience with sourcing, procurement contracts, requisitions, purchasing, receiving, self-service procurement, item master, vendor master, workflows, and security roles.  Proactive in making project adjustments and change orders promptly and efficiently.  Flexible during times of change, persuasive, tenacious and full of motivation.  Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.  Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, as the role will involve ongoing   client interaction including face-to face consultation and end-user training.  Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.  

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Influence and support the overall roadmap for the ERP Product portfolio of UHealth with a
  • focus on Supply Chain business processes.
  • Stay current with trends and developments in SCM technologies and formulate strategic
  • courses of action
  • Be a catalyst for innovation and growth within business operations.
  • Work effectively within and across ERP/Finance business operations and IT teams to
  • execute projects and roadmap items.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to UHealth business process owners and business operations to
  • ensure alignment with business drivers, and then integrate these requirements into the
  • strategy as it is developed.
  • Prioritize related initiatives and coordinate the evaluation, deployment and
  • implementation of current and future ERP functionality.
  • Use stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements and adjustments to ERP
  • functionality.
  • Provide guidance during the detailed design, build, test and deploy phases.
  • Monitor application performance, service delivery performance metrics, change
  • Management, ticketing and resolution of incidents, resolution of identified problems.
  • Lead business analysis efforts for new SCM functionality.
