The Administrative Specialist III is responsible for providing administrative support for Student Affairs Development and the coordination of all aspects of the scholarship process, data analysis, gift support, coordination of proj/prog activities as assigned. This position will support office activities, answering phones, managing calendars, responding to office emails, coordination of travel, preparing reports, assisting students and other office patrons, and work with the staff of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed
