Performs daily and scheduled maintenance in conjunction with RAC indoor and outdoor facilities and on fitness and open recreation equipment; addresses and properly refers maintenance concerns to appropriate entities in a timely manner; sets up and takes down free play, program area equipment, and special events as needed.

Shift specifics: 10 – 25 hours per week; flexible with class schedule.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-month consecutive period.

Minimum Education Required

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.

Preferred Experience

Previous knowledge of facility maintenance, recreational equipment maintenance, and construction maintenance.
