Minimum of three years of undergraduate training in food science and technology from a program accredited by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). Previous experience in food processing environments is a plus. Ability to speak English and Spanish.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Physical Demands

Willing to occasionally lift boxes that weigh 40 lbs using safe lifting techniques. Work in food processing pilot-plant environments for more than 6 hours a day.
