JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Development Systems and Gift Processing, the Associate Director of Constituent Intelligence is responsible for initiating and overseeing the development and evolution of the constituent pool (alumni, donors, and friends). This person will directly collaborate with Prospect Management & Research, Major Giving, and Corporate Foundations and Relations teams and Alumni Relations department on the collection, interpretation, and recommendations of key constituent data to address current business needs and anticipate future needs.
The Associate Director will continuously drive actionable intelligence that is scalable for the University’s efforts through use of data mining, data management and statistical analytics. She/he will also maintain relationships with key partners to ensure intentional and systematic collection of constituent intelligence across the university or beyond. She/he will also facilitate partners’ access to constituent information to succeed at their job.
The Associate Director supervises 3 staff people and various student positions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in computer sciences, information systems, or a related technology field
- Five years of experience with database management, quality assurance, database systems, and data analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in a technology related field
