Coffee Shop Worker

St. Norbert College a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a part-time Coffee Shop Worker for Ed’s Coffee Shop at the Mulva Library on campus. Responsibilities include: waiting on customers, preparing food and beverages, rotating and arranging inventory, and operating the cash register.

This is an academic-year position (off during the summer and academic breaks). The hours are Mondays from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Tuesdays from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., every other Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. This position is not benefit eligible.

The preferred candidate will possess a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience in a food service or retail setting, and excellent customer service skills. Coffee house/barista experience is a plus.
