Job Summary

Career Development Assistants (CDAs) needed to provide front desk coverage and office support for a staff of seven which includes, but is not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments and intake of clients. Outreach by phone or email to alumni, employers, and students to update records, assisting clients in navigating the office web pages, Maintaining records of “PAL” (Parent & Alumni) Job and Internship Referrals to the Career Development Center. Completing job postings in Handshake, and troubleshooting with employers who experience difficulties posting independently. Daily assistance with the job and employer approval processes in Handshake. Projects/errands as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Comfort with computers, internet navigation, and accurate and proficient data entry. Customer service and phone experience a plus, but will train. Business casual dress code.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. Will train on Handshake system. Ability to work independently.
