About the Position*This position will be initially hired into a 12/12 pay plan and will move to a 10/12 pay plan with June and July as the months off in 2020; Please note that the salary will be adjusted to be aligned with the 10/12 pay plan at that time.*

The Testing Accommodations Support Analyst (TASA) works independently within established guidelines using knowledge and judgment to apply existing procedures to support the Accessible Education Center Testing Program. The TASA assists the Services & Accommodations Support Specialist (SASS) in providing test accommodations to students with disabilities, alternative media requests, supports utilization of accessible technology, and supports the AEC in the implementation and delivery of auxiliary accommodations.
Minimum Qualifications-A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training.
-Two years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.
Preferred Qualifications-Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or
-university.
-Experience in a college-level institution work with students with
-disabilities strongly preferred.
-One year of experience with accessible technology.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
-Ability to critically analyze all work to be performed.
-Knowledge of standard formatting procedures utilized to create accessible documents with Adobe Software.
-Knowledge of accessible technology utilized by the blind and visually impaired populations (Jaws, Voice Over, Zoom).
-Knowledge of Dragon Naturally Speaking; ability to support students access voice profiles and provide technical support during testing.
-Knowledge of various optical character recognition (OCR) processes and software (ABBYY Fine Reader and Adobe Acrobat Professional).
