The UCLA Master of Applied Economics Program in Department of Economics invites highly qualified applicants for a Lecturer position for the Spring 2019 quarter (April 1, 2019 - June 30, 2019). This position is temporary, non-senate, and non-tenure track. To be considered for this appointment, applicants must have relevant industry experience in the field of finance as the candidate is expected to teach a course in Applied Finance, ECON 414: Asset Pricing and Portfolio Theory in Practice. A PhD is preferred, but not required.

UCLA is a public research university located in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It was founded in 1919 and is the second oldest of the ten campuses affiliated with the University of California system. In 15 of the 16 medical specialty areas examined, UCLA Medical Center ranked in the top 20.
