Job Description:


The Upward Bound program at Wittenberg University is currently recruiting for a Staff Assistant. This is a part-time, 20 hour per week, entry-level, support staff position. Regular scheduled work hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.


We are looking for applicants who demonstrate extensive computer knowledge with an aptitude for learning new software and systems. Candidates must have the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a demanding office environment, a demonstrated high degree of accuracy, and great organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.



Requirements:


A high School diploma and 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience are required. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint is a plus.
