Job Details

The position is responsible for the design, administration, and evaluation of nursing services. It is responsible for implementing best practices related to nursing care and insuring compliance with the standards set forth by the North Carolina Board of Nursing and guidelines of the American College Health Association. The position is also responsible for intake and triage of patients and the delivery of direct patient care.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school and a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. At least two years of clinical experience in adolescent/adult medicine is preferable. Priority will be given to those applicants with previous college health experience. Physical assessment skills training are essential. The professional must function well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with students (ages 17-25).
