The Community-Campus Partnership is seeking a Temporary AdministrativeAide to help us January through April 2019. Hours are 9:30am to 5pm Monday-Thursday with anoccasional Friday or evening for a total of 28 a week.


This is a temporary position that pays $16/hr. 


We’reseeking a team player who is comfortable with performing administrative dutiesfor our team as well as helping to coordinate activities and be able to assistwith meetings and events. Specific duties include:

-         

            Schedule appointments

-         Make appointment reminder calls

-         Update information in database

-         Help with Campus tours

-         Help with Volunteer coordination for 9Healthfair and Learn Local Activities

-         Prepare for/set-up meetings

-         Clean up after meetings

-         Attend tabling events, info sessions and talk tostudents and guests

-         Help with scheduling meetings using Outlook calendars

-         Help with reserving rooms (EMS & Outlookcalendars)

-         Handle logistics for on campus meetings:schedule EMS room/parking 

           reservations, create invites, customize parking maps,help at event if needed

-         Add and approve posts to website

-         Prepare/schedule Weekly Update email

-         Help to organize or write/design newsletter

-         Monitor general CCP Outlook email inbox andrespond to inquiries/emails

-         Create, edit, format, update and print documents,spreadsheets   

           and presentations

-         Help to oversee and host interns/guests

-         Set up AV for meetings

-         Order and pick up catering

-         Take attendance and keep sign-in sheets frommeetings

-         Take meeting minutes, record meeting

-         Hand out gift cards following protocol

-         Update to Listservs and Constant Contact

-         Assist with office supply orders and purchasing

-         Lend a hand as needed

 



Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated proficiency in MSoffice, including Outlook,Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent writing and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
The right candidate will be comfortable with technology,have some experience using website platforms (such as WordPress and ConstantContact) and be comfortableinputting data into a database.
Moreover, we are seeking an outgoing, proactivecandidate who feels comfortable asking questions and possess a high attentionto detail. Motivation and willingness to learn is essential.
Previous experience with CU Anschutz/ CU Denver is helpfuland knowledge of Aurora / Aurora K-12 schools is a plus.
