In addition to the ArchitectureProgram, the College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) offers a BS inArchitecture and professional Master’s degrees in Architecture, LandscapeArchitecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Historic Preservation, and a PhD inDesign and Planning. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture is expected to teach design studios and lecture courses at the Undergraduate level. In addition to teaching, the candidate is expected to engage in research/creative work, and service. The standard academic-year teaching load is two courses per semester.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications •Terminal degree in architecture (or international equivalent) •Evidence of ability to teach lecture courses and design studio •Demonstrated expertise and teaching in a field of study •Evidence of research and/or creative work 
Preferred Qualifications •Ph.D. in the history of architecture or an allied field
