DescriptionUniversity of Colorado – School of MedicinePhysician/Faculty - Orthopedic Infectious Diseases

The Division ofInfectious Diseases is recruiting a faculty member (academic rank determined athire) at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (Anschutz MedicalCampus) who will have primary duties in clinical infectious diseases withspecial interest and experience in orthopedic infections. Responsibilities willinclude inpatient and outpatient consultative services, active involvement inthe musculoskeletal infections program, participation in division educationalactivities, development of quality improvement and research projects. This position offers an exciting and unique chance to work in amultidisciplinary setting as a member of the limb restoration and salvageteam.  




QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or equivalent). Must have completed an accredited Infectious Diseases fellowship and be ABIM board eligible or board certified in Infectious Diseases.

Required competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must demonstrate scholarly achievement.

Desired qualifications:
Experience in basic, translational, or clinical research in Infectious Diseases.
