The primary responsibility of the eCampus Healthcare Recruiter will be to recruit qualified students from the region’s multicultural population and develop new stakeholder partnerships in support of eCampus online higher education programs; Specifically, the individual will travel the state of Georgia and surrounding states building partnerships with the healthcare industry and recruit new students to the USG eMajor RN to BSN online degree program offered by Columbus State University;
Effectively collaborate with eCampus and Columbus State University (CSU) stakeholders to ensure strategic and execution alignment; Develop and assess effectiveness of strategic communication plan with the focus of increasing RN to BSN degree program enrollment; Schedule and work recruiting events in Georgia and surrounding states to build enrollments to include organizing and delivering 15 on-site student recruitment events/information sessions per month; Ensure effective handoff of future students to eCampus Administrative and Student Services/CSU RN-BSN program Coordinator; Maintain national and regional knowledge of the healthcare sector.
Answer student requests for information and use customer service management tools; Engage at-risk students and serve as a member of the student support team; Promote all eCampus academic programs, contribute to organizational goals, and perform other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of eCampus Enrollment and Strategic Projects.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree and four years’ work experience in the healthcare industry, higher education or recruiting.
•Demonstrated sales proficiency.
•Demonstrated ability to interact in a diverse, multi-cultural community of educators and learners.
•Outstanding superior oral, written, and presentation skills.
•Excellent planning and organizational abilities, in addition to interpersonal skills especially those in the areas of collaboration.
•Available for regional travel and must possess a current state driver’s license.
•Willingness to work in a fast paced nontraditional highly collaborative work environment.
•High level of technical aptitude, including the ability to run reports and maintain dynamic records.

Preferred Qualifications

•Master’s degree.
•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field.
•Two plus years experience as a nursing professional.
•Regional workforce development experience.
•Recruiting or sales experience across diverse populations.
•Online education and adult learner familiarization.
•Ability to discern trends using data analysis.
•Excellent, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Salary $52,056.00/yrly Minimum - $65,676/yrly Midpoint Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Must be able to travel to employer sites in Georgia and surrounding states (75%), attend professional development opportunities and other relevant events. Must possess the willingness and ability to support an unconventional work schedule that may include evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our future students, employer partners, and affiliate institutions. Must be able to negotiate stairs and capable of lifting 25 pounds.
