Program Coordinator Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 201901036943 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $40,674 - $57,650 Position Information Under general supervision Program Coordinator provides a full range of administrative and operational support to the Gluck office and UCR Gluck Fellows. Responsibilities include: prepare and schedule Gluck Fellows for arts outreach in the community. Promote the Gluck Program through GluckTV, website, and social media. Provide general office reception duties; schedule meetings, visits and conferences with community sites and schools; draft and finalize general correspondence, reports and proposals and other general administrative support. NOTE: Continuation of this position is contingent upon continued funding. Minimum Requirements Experience providing exceptional customer service.

Demonstrated skills in using Mac based computers using Windows applications Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and design software Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience in creating spreadsheets. Skill in using the Internet and other sources for information-gathering purposes.

Ability to handle a complex appointment and travel calendar that requires frequent changes.

Ability to work as a team-player and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Skills in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define problems, identify solutions and act on resolution particularly with regard to art outreach

Demonstrated experience dealing with a diverse constituency including limited English speakers.

Exceptional organizational, time management and general office management skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working with frequent interruptions. Ability to work on multiple assignments and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced office.

Experience in determining priorities based on general instructions and knowledge of the situation. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality, ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.

The ability to interpret and clearly explain policies and procedures to both students and staff.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people from all levels of internal and external organizations. Ability to compose business correspondence, edit, and use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years experience in an office environment

Demonstrated knowledge of social media and promotion, including content creation

Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor degree in a related field.

Knowledge of college and/or university policies, procedures and requirements.
