Job Details
ECU Graduate School is currently seeking Student Employee Graduate School Record Management Staff to assist the Graduate School Admissions Office with duties associated with the organization and processing of admission applications, with an emphasis on document imaging and electronic storage. Duties will include answering phones, responding to emails, filing, copying, scanning and indexing electronic documents, and other tasks associated with the processing, security, archiving and/or destruction of applicant records in compliance with federal, state and institutional regulations; and other clerical duties as assigned.
The GS Admissions office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students will be able to work around their class schedule. Anticipate 10 hour per week minimum.
