Salary: $5,234 - $10,358 monthly

Position Description:
Provide technical and analysis support for a number of student systems on campus. Primary responsibility will be to support campus degree audit system (DARS) used to evaluate a student's academic progress towards a degree.
Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of academic rules and regulations affecting UCLA's Schools/College, and several administrative offices including Registrar's Office.
Work with School/College academic advisors, departments, and University offices to insure accuracy of requirements and core curriculum data.
Assist in the resolution of degree audit issues for students and staff.
Prepare appropriate materials to promote the degree audit system to the University community including training materials, presentations, handouts, reference guides, etc.
Train campus staff in use of the degree audit system and with the transfer course articulation process.
Manage the SQL Server back-end of the degree audit system under direction from the DBA team.
Participate in implementation of new versions of the campus degree audit system including regression testing.
Assist application teams to develop web applications to support the degree audit system
Create and maintain custom SQL queries/reports for campus users of the degree audit system.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
