Job Description Summary

The successful candidate is expected to have a passion for teaching excellence. This includes a commitment to staying current with and implementing pedagogical best practices, adopting technology in the classroom to enhance learning, engaging in professional activities related to pedagogy, and pursuing scholarship in the area of pedagogy. The successful candidate will collaborate will other faculty members to revise the courses they are assigned to teach and to manage any undergraduate or graduate teaching assistants assigned to the course.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a PhD in electrical engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in electrical engineering or equivalent. Previous teaching experience at the university level and in the technology areas cited above is highly desired.

Physical Demands

Ability to complete essential classroom functions. Clarkson is committed to complying with the guidelines set forth under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
