Millikin University is seeking a Director of the Doug and Diane Oberhelman Center for Leadership Performance. This is a 12-month administrative position reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs. The Director must be a visionary leader who guides the strategy and direction for a comprehensive, cross-division, broad-based, mission driven leadership development program. The Director coordinates broadly across a wide range of areas that plan and facilitate activities related to the new Oberhelman Center for Leadership Performance.

 

The Director must embody and value the competencies of vision, action, inclusion, communication, innovation, and resilience believed to be foundational in the development of leadership. The Director must have an understanding and a vision for how leadership development can be woven into the fabric of the University and Millikin’s distinctive brand of Performance Learning.
