Job SummaryDesigns art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media such as books, magazines, newspapers, Internet websites, television, and packaging.Job Responsibilities01. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type., 02. Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design., 03. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts., 04. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites., 05. Use computer software to generate new images., 06. Performs other duites as assigned.Job Details
1. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
2. Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
3. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
4. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, Web sites, flyers, posters, and general marketing for Counseling and Disability Services.
5. Use computer software to generate new images.
6. Performs other duties as assigned in assisting the front office of the department.
