Description:

The Department of Biology at Washington & Lee University is seeking applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor for the 2019-2020 academic year. This is a broad-area position with interests including, but not limited to, bioinformatics, biostatistics, biological modeling and data analysis.

The successful candidate will be able to assemble a teaching portfolio that should include a 100- or 200- level course in statistics and/or data science with an advanced 300-level course in their particular area of expertise.

Qualifications:

Completion of a Ph.D. is preferred, but we will consider exceptionally well-qualified ABD applicants.
