Recruitment Support Assistant, Bronx Campus

The College seeks a detail-oriented, motivated administrative professional to work with the Admissions Office. The Recruitment Support Assistant is responsible for performing all required processing functions associated with prospective student recruitment and enrollment. Major responsibilities include collecting and processing documents from prospective students; participating in recruitment activities including phone calls, emails, and off campus events; assisting with preparing, packaging and mailing promotional materials; and providing front desk coverage when needed. Minimum requirements: Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) with one year of relevant experience. Must be detail-oriented with excellent communications and data processing skills. Working knowledge of database system (Power Campus, Slate, or similar) and proficient with Microsoft Office applications required. Able to work in a fast paced environment be available to work some evenings and weekends.
