Anderson University (South Carolina) and the College of Arts and Sciences invite applications for a full-time, nine month faculty member as associate or assistant professor of World or Global History, tenure-track, beginning August 2019. The University seeks candidates with a strong Christian value system, lifestyle and commitment to the integration of faith and learning.

We invite candidates whose scholarship and teaching include a non-western emphasis and an ability to teach upper-level courses in Asian, African or Latin American history. The successful applicant will also be able to teach World History and American History surveys, with earned graduate hours in ancient history considered a plus. A PhD in History is required.
