RESEARCH PROFESSIONAL II
Position Summary: The candidate will implement and supervise research efforts as well as the general operation of the laboratory whose main focus is the study of viral respiratory diseases of poultry.
Responsibilities: Assist with the design and development of multiple research projects as directed by the principal investigator (PI). Following the PI directive, the candidate will manage the implementation of multi-laboratory projects, supervise research efforts and performance of undergraduate and graduate students.
Qualifications: Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualificaitons.
