Department Description:

Detailed Description:

PCE is seeking an instructor to teach the program’s 8-hr SAT and/or ACT preparation courses to students seeking to study for and improve their score on the SAT or ACT for college admission. Qualified candidates should have strong math and/or verbal skills and teaching experience.

This is a part-time, non-benefit based position.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree,
  • Experience with teaching SAT or ACT a plus,
  • Experience teaching high school students preferred.

Persons offered employment must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

They also will be required to provide official education transcripts for degree verification purposes. Serious candidates are encouraged to request official transcripts to help expedite the hiring process.
