State Government- Strategy and Analytics

Required:

• 3+ years of relevant Consulting or Higher Education Industry experience

• 1+ years in a technical or functional leadership role

• 1+ years University Budget Experience

• Understanding of incentive-based budget models and budgeting philosophies; ability to support the project team in advising the Provost and CFO on how the university conducts budget operations, what incentives are used; understanding of data and dashboard requirements, staff training needs, to support distributed leaders in managing budgets.

• Understanding of incentive-based budget models and RCM models in higher education.

• Ability and experience working with faculty, and University leaders (CFO, Provost, President) to build consensus and create a vision for change.

• Live anywhere in the United States

• Open to Travel

 

Preferred:

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint4)
