Position Summary:

Incumbent is responsible for delivering behavioral health services in outpatient clinic setting, including comprehensive case management, psychosocial evaluation, depression/anxiety/substance abuse disorder screenings, advocacy, brief treatment, and referrals to community services. May include supervision of social work graduate students. This is a grant funded position through HRSA.

Salary Range:

Rate Minimum $73,602.00 Maximum $87,967.44

Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Current Clinical Social Work License issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge of and ability to work within a complex health care system

Lic Clinical Social Worker

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Skills to interpret and implement hospital, JCAHO, Health Department and Child Abuse Registry standards and regulations

Skills to understand and implement standards and regulations from various regulatory bodies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated work experience with diverse cultures and low-income populations including homeless

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
