The postdoctoral fellow will conduct independent research on prostate cancer. This position requires participation in projects focused on inflammation and prostate cancer initiation and progression using genetically modified animal models. It also includes in vitro and ex vivo experiments on cell lines and animal tissues. The postdoctoral fellow will analyze and summarize collected data in written form and together with principal investigator write manuscripts and publish results of research in scientific journals.


Successful candidates should have a PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field as well as knowledge and skills of molecular biology methods, analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, and prioritize work assignments. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain good working relationships
