Summary

This position is responsible for the implementation and coordination of Standardized Patients curriculum sessions for internal and external entities. Individual trains Standardized Patients for both internal and external event skills sessions according to the School of Medicines' curriculum requirements. Organizes and prepares materials for courses, performs record-keeping of courses including trainees and trainers. Must be able to work with different people in stressful testing/evaluation situations. Assists, cross trains, and acts as backup to all Standardized Patient program team functions and with any and all aspects of curriculum delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Biological, Social Science, Theater, or closely-related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years' directly related work experience, to include experience with organizing and implementing small group training sessions or similar type programs
• Standardized Patient Trainer or Standardized Patient experience
• Experience working in a medical academic settings (universities, medical school, etc.)
• Data analysis and interpretation              
• Contract implementation and oversight
