Area Coordinator - HousingSt. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Area Coordinator for Housing. This is a twelve-month, full-time, live-in appointment that is responsible for the management of multiple buildings with varied student living options. The position has a focus on personal development and academic success of the residents through collaboration with students, staff, and community partners. An Area Coordinator - Housing works to create an environment conducive to student engagement, respect for diversity, and a strong sense of community. The Area Coordinator also serves as a student judicial hearing officer, advises a community council if an area has an interest, supervises student staff members, participates and/or leads multiple committee opportunities, and serves on a 24-hour on-call duty rotation with four other Area Coordinators.
