ASST CATERING MANAGER
Position Summary: Responsible for supervisory work in retail food service. Work involves assisting Georgia Center Banquet Manager in planning, execution, and clean up of all banquet and catering functions. Clerical duties will include the assistance in writing scheduling for banquet staff while staying within budgeted guidelines.
Responsibilities: To create and supervise a professional, service oriented team that provides the guest and visitors of the Georgia Center with outstanding food quality and customer service
Qualifications: Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualificaitons.
