Position Description

The Department of Biology at Washington & Lee University is seeking applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in ecology and environmental studies for the 2019-2020 academic year:

The successful candidate will teach a lab course in ecology (terrestrial or aquatic), an introductory environmental studies course, and additional courses related to their area of expertise (e.g. field ichthyology, natural resource management etc.) with preference given to candidates with modeling and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

Completion of a Ph.D. is preferred, but we will consider exceptionally well-qualified ABD applicants.
