Position: Annual and Reunion Giving Office Program Assistant Location: Wheaton, IL Job Id: 317 # of Openings: 1 ANNUAL AND REUNION GIVING PROGRAM ASSISTANT
This is a part time position; 20 hours per week / 12 months per year Reporting to the Director of Annual and Reunion Giving, the Annual Giving Program Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Annual and Reunion Giving programs and special projects. This part-time position is 20 hours a week, 12 months of the year.
  1. Provide requested administrative support to the Annual Giving program managers.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate mailings and follow-up to Wheaton Fund donors.
  3. Assist the Phonathon program with student paperwork, tracking constituent comments daily, identifying the need for follow-up, and directing inquiries as needed.
  4. Assist with the planning and execution of Annual Giving events including Giving Day, Giving Tuesday, Tuition Freedom Day, Wheaton Associates breakfasts, and the Christmas Festival reception.
  5. Assist with other Wheaton Fund programs as needed, including Wheaton Associates, Reunion Giving, and student programs.
  6. Assist with regular review of content on Wheaton Fund and Wheaton Associates webpages.
  7. Assume secondary responsibility of office coordinator tasks in his or her absence.
  8. Assist office coordinator with mailings and other special projects.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Previous work experience in a fast-paced office setting preferred
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
  4. Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  5. Computer competencies, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office
