The Postdoctoral Scholar will be an integral contributor to an NIH-funded project that investigates the nature of hearing difficulties experienced by listeners whose ability to hear quiet sounds remains relatively good. The Scholar will undertake both psychophysical and electrophysiological experiments that, in parallel, are designed to significantly advance our understanding of the processing of complex sounds like speech in challenging listening environments, even for people with relatively good hearing.

Educational Requirements

PhD required

Qualifications and Experience

Extensive research training, graduate level training in audiology, and robust involvement in research.
