Perform statistical behavioral genetic analysis on whole genome sequence data for populations and families

Educational Requirements

PhD and/or MD

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent scripting skills to use existing programs and programming skills to develop and implement new algorithms. Statistical genetics experience preferred. Postdocs should have a background in one or more of the following areas: genomics, computer science, scientific computing, or bioinformatics. Because much of the work in the lab is realized through software development, an interest in programming / software development is desired.
