Responsibilities include teaching graphic arts. Depending upon program needs and the candidate’s qualifications, teaching assignments may be on LCC’s downtown Lansing campus, at an extension center (within 40 miles of the downtown campus), and/or via online delivery methods. Adjunct faculty are expected to work collaboratively with senior department faculty to develop course content consistent with official course syllabi, to deliver course instruction to students, and to be available for student assistance and advising outside of class. Bachelor’s Degree in Art (from a regionally accredited college or university) or in a related sub-field.
Previous teaching experience.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Art (from a regionally accredited college or university) or in a related sub-field, or MFA.
