Post-Doctoral positions are available in the Ramsey Lab at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Individuals will be working on the development of microchip capillary electrophoresis-electrospray ionization (SE-ESI) strategies with emphasis on the analysis of anions, protein and/or peptide characterization. Experience with CE-ESI and mass spectrometry detection is desirable. Experience with microfabrication techniques a plus. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and have a record of academic achievement including independent research and published work. Positions will be filled as soon as possible. Positions will start with a one-year commitment, with extension upon mutual agreement and continued project funding.

Educational Requirements

PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, bioengineering, or physics.

Qualifications and Experience

Completed PhD in any of the degrees listed above. Experience outside of graduate school not required.
