Property Management Specialist

Description:
The purpose of this position is to support the Business Services Office, mainly through participation in the management of owned, leased, occupied and operated properties. The person in this position is responsible for operation of function conference spaces.

Campus Location: Boston Campus

Required Knowledge:
BA/BS, Familiar with Windows based MS Office suite software, customer service and contract negotiating skills good evaluative and analytical capabilities knowledge of event management software.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
MA/MS in Management, Administration or Event Planning, strong contract negotiating skills, and knowledge of Conference Programer software.

Required Prior Work Experience:
3-5 years experience in administration, conference planning or event management.
