  • Provide accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Display your organizational skills by coordinating logistics and materials, and interfacing with vendors for conferences and various other events.
  • Maintain a high-level of detail, managing multiple calendars and various travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, obtaining vendor quotations, and coordinating office moves.
  • Serve as the point of contact for general maintenance, health and safety, and other facility concerns within the unit(s).
  • Be flexible in completing any other assigned duties.

To be successful in this position, you will bring:
    • A high school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

    • An ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    In addition, preferred requirements include:
    • An Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
    • MS Office, Outlook, and Box experience.
    • Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial processing systems.
    • Solid quantitative and financial analysis abilities.
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of faculty, students, and staff.
