Position Summary: This position reports to the Director of Industry Collaborations and will serve as the primary point of contact for Industry Collaborations programs and events. The incumbent will be responsibile for managing outreach programs and communication to increase external industry engagement, targeted at increased research partnerships. Additionally, the incumbent will work internally across the University to coordinate with other groups engaged in industry outreach in order to ensure synergy with these teams. The incumbent will establish and maintain the Industry Engagement CRM tool, develop and manage engagement programs and events, develop reports and data to support outreach efforts, manage budgets associated with programs, and support the development of print- and web-based outreach materials. The incumbent is expected to interface directly with potential and existing external industry partners; additionally, the incumbent is expected to work effectively with faculty, staff and other key stakeholders across campus.

Responsibilities: Working with the Director of Industry Engagement, develop internal and external programming to increase industry research collaborations. Effectively and independently manage and execute events and programs such as UGA Industry Engagement Customer Relations Management, Sector-specific industry engagement road-mapping, and UGA Industry Engagement Internal Communication, working with both external stakeholders (industry contacts) and internal stakeholders (faculty, academic administration, students, research administration).
