18 years of age minimum. High School education or GED

Required Related Experience

Experience in mowing, grounds maintenance, small equipment repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry repairs.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Current Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, work in confined spaces, and/or at height for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Will work indoor and out of doors

Shift

Employee will work 30 – 40 hours per week. May work day or evening shift; weekend hours are typical. Overtime hours may be necessary on some weeks.

Job Summary

mowing, trimming, trash removal, small equipment repair, room setup for group meetings, and other duties as assigned. Health insurance may be available.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment, general hand tools, and small power tools.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience

GED or high school diploma
