On-Campus Recruitment Specialist


Reporting to the Associate Director, the On-Campus Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading all of the initiatives collectively referred to as On-Campus Recruiting. This includes, but is not limited to: revenue generating Career Fairs, On-Campus Interviewing, Employer Information Sessions, and Visibility Tables. The specific career fairs currently offered and expected to be managed are: the STEM Fair, the Fall Fair, the Winter/Internship Fair, the Spring Fair, the Part-Time Job Fair, and three Professional & Graduate School fairs. The position will also supervise one to two student workers.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required as this position interacts frequently, and independently, with a wide variety of external hiring organizations (employers), corporate partners, vendors, campus departments, and students. Additionally, excellent strategic planning abilities are required as evaluating the efficacy of current DCP OCR events and services, and implementing strategic, forward thinking responses is expected.

Salary: Range $23.58 - $26.50
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Occasional evening work and weekend work required. Ability to travel and valid California driver's license required.
Final candidate subject to background check.
